CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. NOX Trading Ltd is guarantor for all items on sale. The lots are visible to interest peoples at thebeginning and during the auction and those ones have the opportunity to examine the originally quality,state of conservation etc., since the indication on the leaflet may be subjective, even if scrupolouslydrawn. After the auction, no claim will be accepted.

1. To the price of the sale by auction, a surcharge of 15% is being added.

1. NOX Trading Ltd will execute most carefully written and oral orders.

1. The prices indicated in Euro for each lot are approximate. The first quotation is estimated value. Therefore any quotation which does not go over this amount is automatically cancelled.

1. The lots will be auctioned to the highest bidder and the buyers will be proprietors of those ones only after having paid the entire price of purchase. Each buyer is accountable for the purchase made by hisname. The payment of the invoice has be affected by Bank Wire Transfer. The reports for the non-receipt of goods must be made within 30 days from date of shipment, otherwise will not be considered.

1. All items auctioned are property of third parties, leaving NOX Trading Ltd to act as a com- missionagent. The management reserves the right to join, separate or withdraw any lots.

1. The italian text has validity, the translations are only indicative. The partecipation at the auction impliesthe acceptation of this regulation. Qualified court of justice: Valletta.

CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA

1. La Nox Trading Ltd è garante della provenienza di tutto il materiale posto in vendita. Al fine di evitare qualsiasi contestazione, i lotti sono visibili agli interessati prima dell’asta affinché gli stessi abbiano lapossibilità di verificarli, dato che le valutazioni dei nostri esperti qualificati, seppur redatte con scrupolo, sono frutto di pareri soggettivi. In ogni caso, ad aggiudicazione avvenuta, non è ammesso alcunreclamo.

1. Al prezzo di aggiudicazione gli acquirenti dovranno aggiungere il 15% quale diritto d’asta.

1. La NOX Trading Ltd si impegna ad eseguire con la massima cura gli ordini di acquisto, che perverrannoverbalmente o per iscritto, dai sigg. Clienti.

1. Il prezzo di partenza corrisponde a quello di stima. Pertanto verranno automaticamente annullate tuttequelle commissioni che non supereranno l’inizio di battuta.

1. I lotti saranno aggiudicati al miglior offerente e gli acquirenti ne diverranno proprietari solo dopo avernepagato interamente il prezzo d’acquisto. Ogni acquirente è responsabile degli acquisti fatti a Suo nome. Il pagamento dovrà avvenire esclusivamente tramite bonifico bancario. Trascorsi 30 giorni non sarà accettato alcun reclamo per la mancata consegna del materiale acquistato.

1. Tutti i lotti in vendita sono proprietà di terzi, in quanto la NOX Trading Ltd agisce solo in veste diCommissionaria. La direzione si riserva il diritto di riunire, dividere o ritirare i vari lotti.

1. Il testo in italiano fa fede, le altre traduzioni son fatte solo per consuetudine. La partecipazione all’astaimplica la totale accettazione del presente regolamento. Il Foro di Valletta è competente per eventualicontroversie.

1. NOX  Trading Ltd ist Garant für die Herkunft sämtlicher zum Kauf  angebotenen Ware.

Um jegliche Beanstandungen zu vermeiden sind alle Einzelteile vor der Auktion für den Interessenten sichtbar damit sie die 

Möglichkeit haben diese zu prüfen,da die Schätzungen unser qualifizierten Experten,wenn auch mit Sorgfalt erstellt,dennoch

das Ergebniss subjektiver Meinungen sind.In jedem Fall ist bei Zuschlag eine Reklamation ausgeschlossen.

1. Zum Erstehunspreis werden 15% Aufgeld in rechnung gestellt.

1. Die am Rand jeder Partie angegebenen Euro sind nur Richtpreise. Der Anfangspreis entspricht Schätzwertes. Deshalb werden alle Aufträge, die dieses erste Angebot nicht übersteigen, automatisch annuliert.

1. Der Zuschlag geht an den Meistbietenden, und die Käufer werden erst nach Bezahlung des ganzen Kaufpreises Eigentümer. Jeder Käufer ist für den in seinem Namen getätigten Kauf persönlich haftbar. Die Zahlung erfolgt nur  durch Banküberweisung.

30 Tage nach Lieferung werden keine Ansprüche für Nichtlieferung des Materials akzeptiert.

1. Die zur Versteigerung gebrachte Ware ist Eigentum Dritter, da Asta nur als Kommissionär fungiert.

Die Direktion behält sich vor, die Nummern nach Belieben zusammenzustellen, aufzuteilen oder wegzulassen.

1. Der ital. Text ist rechtsgültig. Die Übersetzung ist hinweisend. Die Teilnahme an der Auktion setzt die Anerkennung des vorstehenden Reglements voraus. Gerichtsort ist Valletta.

CONDITIONS DE VENTE

1. NOX Trading Ltd garantit l'origine de tout le matériel mis à la vente. Les lots sont visibles pour les intéressés qui ont la possibilité de contrôler toutes les caractéristiques des lots, puique les indications du catalogue, même si elles sont scrupuleusement élaborées, sont le résultat d'opinions subjectives. Pour cette raison, nous n'acceptons pas les plaintes après l’adjudication.

1. Les acquéreurs devront ajouter 15% au prix d’adjudication pour les droit d’enchères.

1. NOX Trading Ltd se charge d’exécuter avec le plus grand soin les ordres d’achats qui parviendront de Messieurs les Clients, verbalement ou par écrit.

1. Les prix indiqués en Euro suisses auprès de chaque lot sont a titre indicatif. La première offre correspond au prix extimè. Toute offre qui n’est pas supérieure à la première sera automatiquement annulée.

1. Les lots seront adjugés au plus offrant et les acquéreurs en deviendront propriétaires seulement après en avoir acquitté entièrement le prix d’achat. Chaque acquéreur est responsable des achats faits à son nom. Le paiement doit être effectué par virement bancaire. La plainte pour non-réception des marchandises doit être effectué dans les 30 jours à compter de la date d'expédition, sinon ne sera pas considéré.

1. Tous les lots mis en vente appartiennent à des tiers, NOX Trading Ltd faisant fonction de commissionaire. La direction se réserve le droit de réunir, divider ou retirer les lots.
