Lares Praestites seated right, each holding staff in left hand; between them, dog; above, bust of Vulcan with tongues over shoulder; on left, LA (ligate); on right, ER (ligate); in exergue, L. CAESI (AE ligate). RRSC D97; Cr. 298/1; B. (Caesia) 1. AR. 3.09 g. 20.5 mm. Porous. About VF. Crawford suggests that the monogram on obverse representing AP(ollo) or A(rgento) P(ublico) rather than R(OM)A.
