R/ Tripod, on which stands amphora between two stars; on left, L·TORQVAT; on right, III·VIR. Torque as border. RRSC D203b; Cr. 411/1b; B. (Manlia) 12. 3.16 g. 18.5 mm. R. Test cut on reverse. Repairs. Cleaning marks. This denarius appears to be a fourrée specimen, as a trace of a copper core is visible on the obverse beneath the silver surface. Good VF.
