Continental Greece. Kings of Thrace. Lysimachos (323-281 BC). AR Tetradrachm, uncertain mint, c. 297-282 BC. D/ Diademed head of deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon. R/ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΙ. Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, spear behind. In left field, forepart of lion (?). Cf. Thompson, Lysimachus, 23 (Sestos mint) and 40 (Lampsakos mint); cf. Müller, Lysimachos, 37 (Lysimachia mint); HGC 3.2 1750 (for type). AR. 17 g. 28 mm. Blackish tone. VF.
