Woman with a large hat in front of a steam locomotive; to left, 100 JAHRE / SCHWEIZER / EISENBAHN. R/ BADEN AQVAE HELVETICAE. Between two female allegories of the thermal spring and industry, four lines of text, STADT DER THERMEN / STADT DER EIDGENÖS- / SISCHEN TAGSATZUNGEN / STADT DER INDUSTRIE. 14.99 g. 33 mm. Lovely patina with iridescent hues. Almost UNC. The first festival called Badenfahrt took place in 1923. It is a multi-day festival, which usually takes place every ten years.
