ETRUSCO-CORINTHIAN POINTED ARYBALLOS
Etrusco-Corinthian, ca. late 7th–6th century BC.
Pointed aryballos with flaring rim, cylindrical neck and elongated fusiform body tapering to a pointed base. The surface is decorated with a frieze of swans in profile, rendered in black with added red and white details, set between horizontal bands. Additional stylised motifs appear on the shoulder and lower body.

Base broken and pierced in modern times for mounting; now set on a modern plexiglass stand, included. Surface wear, encrustations and areas of flaking consistent with age.
