This medal was issued by Sun Yat-Sen between 1914 & 1916 in order to promote the 'Second Revolution' & raise overseas revolutionary funds. The 3rd class was awarded to those who pledge more than 100 Japanese Yen. The medal was struck in Tokyo, Japan. Very scarce. (P)
