The volume offers practical guidance on organisation, dating, design, scarcity and values, making it a valuable working reference for collectors, curators, cataloguers, detectorists and dealers. An important book for anyone handling seventh- and eighth-century Anglo-Saxon coinage, and increasingly desirable, with the cheapest Amazon copy noted at about US$185. About new.
