D/ Bust of Heraclius facing, monogram to right within an oval punch stamped over obverse type of Justinian I. R/ SCL within a circular punch stamped over the large M of the undertype. D.O. 241; Sear 882. AE. 12.78 g. 34 mm. Very good example; brown patina. With old collection’s tag. Good VF.
