Faustina II (died 176 AD). AE Sestertius, Rome mint, 145-161 AD. D/ FAVSTINA AVG ANTONINI AVG PII FIL. Draped bust right, hair is elaborately dressed in horizontal lines with ringlets down front: it is coiled in a chignon on back of head. R/ VENVS S C. Venus, standing left, holding apple and sceptre. RIC III (Ant. P.) 1387b. AE. 24.41 g. 36 mm. Rough surfaces. Die flaw (?) on obverse. About VF.
