Constans II (641-668 AD). AE Follis, Syracuse mint. D/ Crowned, bearded and draped bust facing, holding globus cruciger. R/ Large M (mark of value); above, monogram; beneath SCL. MIB 207; D.O. 178; Sear 1107. AE. 5.08 g. 28 mm. Overstrike on an earlier follis. Rest of the design of the host coin is clearly visible on reverse. About VF. Accompanied with old collector’s tag.
