GROUP OF IRON PROJECTILE AND SPEARHEADS

Lot of fourteen (14) iron projectile points and spearheads of various forms and sizes, including elongated leaf-shaped examples with midrib as well as smaller, slender points likely intended for arrows or light javelins. Several pieces are fragmentary or heavily worn.
Such implements are widely attested across the Mediterranean and European world from the Iron Age through the Roman period, serving both hunting and military purposes.
Heavily corroded surfaces with encrustations and losses throughout.
