GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. This is an electronic sale through a fixed price list and the possibility of making proposals, the acceptance of the proposals and the possibility of participating and / or conferring material is subject to our discretion.
2. The hammer price is not subject to a commission surcharge
3. All items for sale are awarded to the highest offer.
4. Payment for the awarded lots must be made when the invoice is issued. Until paid in full, ownership is not considered transferred.
5. Participants are required to provide all the information necessary for their recognition at the discretion of Numismatica Canusina
6. The sale will proceed until the sale is stopped
7. Each lot has a basic fixed price.
8. Numismatica Canusina, for whatever reason it deems it necessary, reserves the right to withdraw, divide or merge the lots for sale.
9. All proposed lots are guaranteed authentic, unless otherwise specified. Any complaint in this regard must be received no later than 7 days from the receipt of the batch; The postmark on the receipt will prevail. The lots must be returned in the same state in which they were sent and any sealed envelopes must not be opened. No batch must be sent back without consent. In no case can the lots be returned beyond 30 days from the closing of the sale. In no case will disputes relating to multiple lots be accepted, the return of which is not permitted.
10. The degree of conservation and quality of the lots is subjective judgment. In no case is it guaranteed that the degree of conservation expressed must be shared by third parties, whether they are also authoritative experts in the sector.
11. The participants in the sale are required to carefully examine all the lots for which they intend to bid.
12. All offers must be expressed in Euros.
13. Numismatica Canusina reserves the right not to accept offers from subjects who, at its own unquestionable judgment, believe they do not act in "good faith" or be insolvent or irresponsible.
14. All the photographs are those of the lots on sale.
15. Postage, insurance and any taxes are paid by the buyer.
16. Numismatica Canusina reserves the right to request full payment of the lots before they are shipped. The lots travel at the expense of the buyer. Any risk (for example damage or theft) during transport, is borne by the buyer. Please specify the method of delivery. Normally lots travel by insured shipping.
17. It is not possible for the winner of a lot to renounce the purchase except with reference to art. 9 of the conditions of sale.
18. Numismatica Canusina reserves the right to postpone the date of the sale if it believes that any event may adversely affect the outcome.
19. By submitting an offer, the buyer personally guarantees the payment and cannot claim to act on behalf of third parties.
20. In the event that Numismatica Canusina, for any reason, is unable to send the lots to the buyers, it is required to cancel the sale and refund the buyers the price paid inclusive of commissions and nothing else. Numismatica Canusina cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the failure to deliver the lots.
21. The purchased material may be retained by Numismatica Canusina to guarantee the payment of the amounts due to you by the buyer.
22. It is illegal and punishable by law to disturb the smooth running of the sale.
23. Any dispute relating to the sale is governed by Italian laws and the court of Reggio Emilia will have jurisdiction.
24. Anyone who offers offers accepts these conditions of sale.
25. It is not possible to withdraw the current offers in order not to jeopardize the proper conduct of the sale itself, therefore make offers only if absolutely safe.
26. The conditions of sale are translated into English. In case of dispute, the Italian version will prevail.
