CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA
1) L’ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. è garante di tutti i lotti posti in vendita. Il materiale è a disposizione degli interessati prima e durante l’asta affinché gli stessi abbiano la possibilità di controllare, qua- lità, stato di conservazione ecc., poichè quanto scritto nel catalogo è parere soggettivo, anche se scrupoloso, dei compilatori. Pertanto ad aggiudicazione avvenuta non è ammesso alcun reclamo. Ciononostante una eventuale contestazione sarà presa in considerazione entro 8 gg. ed in base a parere di esperto qualificato.
2) Al prezzo di aggiudicazione gli acquirenti dovranno aggiungere il 15% quale diritto d’asta.
3) L’ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. si impegna ad eseguire con la massima cura gli ordini di acquisto, che perverranno verbalmente o per iscritto, dai sigg. Clienti.
4) Il prezzo di partenza corrisponde a quello di stima. Pertanto verranno automaticamente annullate tutte quelle commissioni che non supereranno l’inizio di battuta.
5) I lotti saranno aggiudicati al miglior offerente e gli acquirenti ne diverranno proprietari solo dopo averne pagato interamente il prezzo d’acquisto. Ogni acquirente è responsabile degli acquisti fatti a Suo nome. Il pagamento della fattura dovrà effettuarsi al ritiro o alla consegna del materiale. In ogni caso trascorsi 30 gg. dall’aggiudicazione, la Ditta si riserva il diritto di addebitare per l’eventuale ritardo i tassi bancari d’uso.
6) Tutti i lotti in vendita sono proprietà di terzi, in quanto ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a., agisce solo in veste di Commissionaria. La direzione si riserva il diritto di riunire, dividere o ritirare i vari lotti.
7) Il testo in italiano fa fede, le altre traduzioni son fatte solo per consuetudine. La partecipazione all’a- sta implica la totale accettazione del presente regolamento. Il Foro di S. Marino è competente per eventuali controversie.

AUKTIONSBEDINGUNGEN
1) Die ASTA DEL TITANO S.P.A. garantiert die Echtheit der zum Verkauf gebrachten Ware. Das Material kann vor und während der Auktion besichtigt und auf Qualität und Erhaltung usw. überprüft werden, da die im Katalog angegebenen Ausführungen, obwohl gewissenhaft ausgearbeitet, subjektiv sein können. Deshalb werden nach dem Zuschlag keine Reklamationen mehr angenommen. Falls dennoch Anlass zu einer evtl. Beanstandung vorliegen sollte, wird diese innerhalb von 8 Tagen und aufgrund eines Expertengutachtens angenommen.
2) Zum Erstehunspreis werden 15% Aufgeld in rechnung gestellt.
3) Die am Rand jeder Partie angegebenen Euro sind nur Richtpreise. Der Anfangspreis entspricht Schätzwertes. Deshalb werden alle Aufträge, die dieses erste Angebot nicht übersteigen, automatisch annuliert.
4) Der Zuschlag geht an den Meistbietenden, und die Käufer werden erst nach Bezahlung des ganzen Kaufpreises Eigentümer. Jeder Käufer ist für den in seinem Namen getätigten Kauf persönlich haftbar. Die Zahlung der Rechnung muss bei Übernahme oder Abholung der Ware erfolgen. Auf jeden Fall behält sich die Firma vor, nach Ablauf 8 Tagen nach dem Zuschlag bei evtl. Verspätungen die übl. Bankzinsen zu berechnen.
5) Die zur Versteigerung gebrachte Ware ist Eigentum Dritter, da Asta nur als Kommissionär fungiert. Die Direktion behält sich vor, die Nummern nach Belieben zusammenzustellen, aufzuteilen oder wegzulassen.
6) Der ital. Text ist rechtsgültig. Die Übersetzung ist hinweisend. Die Teilnahme an der Auktion setzt die Anerkennung des vorstehenden Reglements voraus. Gerichtsort ist S. Marino.

CONDITIONS DE VENTE
1) ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. est garante pour tous les lots en vente. Le matériel est à disposition des intéressés qui ont la possibilité de contrôler l’origine et l’état de préservation etc., puique les indications du catalogue, même si elles sont scrupuleusement élaborées, restent subjectives. Pour cette raison, nous n’acceptons aucune réclamation après l’adjudication. Toutefois, dans les huit jours qui souivent l’adjudication, il est possible de présenter une réclamation sur la base de l’avis d’un expert qualifié.
2) Les acquéreurs devront ajouter 15% au prix d’adjudication pour les droit d’enchères.
3) ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. se charge d’exécuter avec le plus grand soin les ordres d’achats qui parviendront de Messieurs les Clients, verbalement ou par écrit.
4) Les prix indiqués en Euro suisses auprès de chaque lot sont a titre indicatif. La première offre correspond au prix extimè. Toute offre qui n’est pas supérieure à la première sera automatiquement annulée.
5) Les lots seront adjugés au plus offrant et les acquéreurs en deviendront propriétaires seulement après en avoir acquitté entièrement le prix d’achat. Chaque acquéreur est responsable des achats faits à son nom. Le paiement de la facture doit être effectué au moment de la consigne de la marchandise. En tout cas, 30 jours après l’adjudication, la maison se réserve le droit de bébiter les intérêts bancaires usuels pour les retards eventuels.
6) Tous les lots mis en vente appartiennent à des tiers, ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. faisant fonction de commissionaire. La direction se réserve le droit de réunir, divider ou retirer les lots.
7) C’est la texte italien qui est valide; les traductions ne sont qu’informative. La partecipation à la vente implique le respect du réglement qui précède. Tribunal compétent: S. Marino.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. is guarantor for all items on sale. The material is at disposal of the persons interested at the beginning and during the auction and those ones have the opportunity to examine the quality, state of conservation etc., since the indication on the leaflet may be subjective, even if scrupolously drawn. After the auction, no claim will be accepted. Although possible claims based on the mind of a qualified expert may be accepted within 8 days from auction.
2) To the price of the sale by auction, a surcharge of 15% is being added.
3) ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. will execute most carefully written and oral orders.
4) The prices indicated in Euro for each lot are approximate. The first quotation is estimated value. Therefore any quotation which does not go over this amount is automatically cancelled.
5) The lots will be auctioned to the highest bidder and the buyers will be proprietors of those ones only after having paid the entire price of purchase. Each buyer is accountable for the purchase made by his name. The payment of the invoice has be affected at consignment of goods. In any case, after 30 days, the agent may debit the usual bank interests.
6) All items auctioned are property of third parties, leaving ASTA DEL TITANO s.p.a. to act as a com- mission agent. The management reserves the right to join, separate or withdraw any lots.
7) The italian text has validity, the translations are only indicative. The partecipation at the auction implies the acceptation of this regulation. Qualified court of justice: S. Marino.
