ROMAN GLASS UNGUENTARIUM
Roman period, 1st - 4th century AD.
Pale translucent tubular glass unguentarium with a long narrow cylindrical form, with a subtle expanson toward the lower end forming gently rounded base, a short neck, wich is only weakly differentiated from the body with a slight constriction and a flat, simple flaring lip.
Diameter rim: 29 mm, diameter base: 40 mm, height: 105 mm. Intact and complete. Minor crack on neck. Minor encrustations and accretions. Sinter is present inside, along with deposits.
