This very rare and important drachm, again from the Dattari collection, is complementary to and matches no. 278 in the collection. In fact, it is from the same year of the reign of Antoninus Pius and reproduces on the reverse the same image of Isis-Demeter-Sotis astride the astrological (and astronomical) Cane Major, but it is also the exceptional variant that presents on the obverse the similar bust of Antoninus Pius with the nude head, always to the right, instead of the regular laureate head.
