Grand Council jewel, crafted in sterling silver with a rich gilt finish and enamel highlights. This example was awarded to Bro. R. S. Bills in 1942, marking dedicated service within the Order. Suspended from a blue-and-tan ribbon, the upper bar is engraved “PRIDE OF DULWICH LODGE”, signifying the specific lodge to which the recipient belonged. The ribbon bears embroidered gold motifs including: RAOB GRAND COUNCIL Accompanied by the six-pointed Star emblem. The gilt medallion features a crowned cartouche with a finely modelled buffalo head, symbolic of strength, loyalty, and service within the Order. A blue enamel scroll bearing R.A.O.B. sits proudly above the crown. The reverse is engraved: “Presented to Bro. R. S.
