A handsome mid-20th-century Provincial Steward’s Jewel for the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys, issued to the Province of Lancashire, Western Division. The jewel is suspended from its original STEWARD 1952 bar in white and blue enamel, with the provincial scroll beneath.
The medallion features a bold gilt lion crest above a finely detailed quartered shield in rich champlevé enamel, surrounded by the institution title:
ROYAL MASONIC INSTITUTION FOR BOYS
and the lodge/committee name:
KODES LAADON-I

The reverse is plain gilt with clear maker’s stamp:
