Julia Domna (died 217 AD). AR Denarius, struck under Caracalla. D/ IVLIA PIA FELIX AVG. Draped bust right. R/ VESTA. Vesta standing left, holding palladium and sceptre. RIC IV (Carac.) 390. AR. 2.83 g. 19 mm. Oxidation spots on obverse. Superb example with fascinating portrait. Nicely toned. Good EF.
