Laureate and cuirassed bust right, with gorgoneion on cuirass.
Rev: ЄΠΙ ϹΤΡ Μ ΚΑΙΡЄΛ ΑΤΤΑΛΟΥ / ΠЄΡΓΑΜΗΝΩΝ ΠΡΩΤΩΝ Γ ΝЄΩΚΟΡΩΝ.
Three temples side by side, each one surmonted by a wreath; on the left, hexastyle temple with ΑΥ on the pediment, enclosing statue of Augustus standing right; in the centre, tetrastyle temple with ΑΝ on the pediment enclosing statue of Asclepius (as Caracalla) seated left, holding serpent and sceptre; on the right, hexastyle temple with ΤΡ on the pediment, enclosing statue of Trajan standing left.
