Material: Gilt Metal with Enamel; Original Multicolour Riband
A distinctive and attractive Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes (RAOB) W.C.N. presentation jewel, awarded in 1948. The jewel retains its original rainbow-pattern ribbon, unusually vibrant and associated with Kent-area lodges. The applied shield with white horse and motto INVICTA further identifies the Kentish origin.
The gilt suspension bar is engraved:

Below hangs a finely made triangular jewel, the traditional emblem of the W.C.N. office, with a frosted gilt field and central raised “N” over a white-enamelled inner triangle.
The reverse is neatly engraved:
